French fries and onions/peppers with smoked sausage



* Ingredients :


°1 onion
°2 cloves of garlic
°2 tablespoons of olive oil
° Provence herbs
° 8 potatoes
° 8 cl of water
°1 leek
°400 grams of smoked sausage

* Methods : 

Step 1
an onion
shallot
garlic
sausage
Chop onions and shallots.  Finely chop 2 clove garlic. Cutting sausage to small slices.
The second step
olive oil
sausage
Provence herbs
Fry everything in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not much, the sausage is smoked), pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. For reservations.
Step 3
potato
Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Fry it in the pan for a few minutes until golden.
Step 4
Water
Mix it with the previous preparation and simmer for 15 minutes with half a cup of water.
Step 5
it's ready !
