*Ingredients :
°2 c macaroni noodle
°1/2 c diced red bell pepper
°1/2 c green bell pepper
°1/2 c celery, diced
°1 green onion finely chopped
°1/2 c grated carrots
°1/2 c mayonnaise
°1 t apple cider vinegar
°1 t of sugar
°1 t of salt
°1/2 t of pepper
*Preparation :
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions. Drain the pasta. Set aside.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.In a large bowl, add pasta. Then the vegetables. Next, the sauce. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
