No Bake Strawberry Shortcake


°2 lbs of strawberries
°2 ounces of graham crackers
°1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
°1-14 oz. Tray condensed milk sweetened
°2 - 3.4 oz. pkg. Instant cheesecake flavored pudding
°3 cubic meters. milk
°1-12 oz. Carton of whipped topping, divided

Wash and cut the strawberries and cut them into 1/4-inch-thick slices, then set aside. Line bottom of a 3-quart 13" x 9" baking dish with graham crackers and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the pudding mixes and milk then continue mixing over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in 2 cups of the whipping cream until smooth. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries, then top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture with another layer of strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. When serving, top with remaining whipped topping. Crush the remaining graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbs on top.
