Macaroni with lobster, crab and shrimp and cheese



*Ingredients

°2 cups dry pasta
°6 oz. Crab claw meat
°8 oz. Deveined peeled shrimp
°8 oz. sour cream
°4 tablespoons of butter
°2 tablespoons of flour
°1 green onion
°1 can of evaporated milk
°8 oz. Block Sharp White Cheddar
°cheese
°4 oz. Mozzarella cheese block
°Panko rusk cup
°Salt, black pepper, to taste

*Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Peel the shrimp and devein them if necessary.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. drain well.
Place the dried pasta into a large mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream and stir well until all the noodles are covered.
Add crab meat and stir well.
Finely chop the green onions. sit aside.
Grate the white cheddar cheese. sit aside.
Grate the mozzarella cheese. sit aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan or frying pan.
Add shrimp. Flip the shrimp and stir-fry until they soften slightly.
Remove shrimp from skillet. Chop a little when it cools down. Add to pasta mixture.
Add finely chopped onion to the pot and sauté until soft.
Sprinkle the flour over the onions and mix well. Let it cook and brown for 1 minute.
Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to come together.
Gradually add the grated cheddar cheese, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.
Pour the cheese mixture over the pasta and seafood mixture. Stir well until homogeneous.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mixture in a well-greased baking dish.
Sprinkle on top of the grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with a little paprika to add color.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
