Air fryer chicken wings


*Ingredients

° 2 tbsp. olive oil
° 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
° 2 tbsp. garlic powder
° 1 M. Paprika
° 2 tbsp. Onion powder
° 2 tbsp. chili powder
° ½ tsp. salt
° ¼ tsp.  pepper
°2 lbs chicken wings, thighs and wings separated
° ½ cup Louisiana hot sauce
° ½ cup blue cheese sauce

*Instructions

Before you begin, clean all work surfaces and wash your hands with soap and warm water. Also, remember to wash utensils and cutting boards as well as your hands after any contact with raw meat or eggs. Avoid cross contamination by using a different wooden board for meat and other foods. Preheat air fryer 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and stir to coat well.
Place the chicken wings in batches into the air fryer basket. cook 13 to 15 minutes, turning after 7 minutes, or until wings are tender and cooked through.
Toss the chicken wings with the hot sauce until well coated. Served with blue cheese sauce.
