°2 pounds minced meat
°4 carrots cut into cubes
°4 ribs celery, chopped
°1 chopped onion
°4 sweet potatoes, peel and cut to 1-inch pieces
°1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
°1 (14.5 oz) can whole crushed tomatoes
°1 (15 ounce) can peas, undrained
°1 can of whole corn (15.25 oz), drained and washed
°1 can (15 ounces) green beans, drained and rinsed
°Ground black pepper to taste
°Half a teaspoon of ground thyme
°1 bay leaf, or more to taste
°Half a cup of water as needed
* Methods :

Chop the minced meat in a saucepan over medium-high heat; Cook, stirring, until beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and shake off any excess grease.
Stir carrots, celery and onions with minced meat. Cook, stirring, until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes, tomato sauce, mashed whole tomatoes, peas, corn, and green beans to the pot; Season with black pepper. Stir the mixture until it is evenly combined. Add thyme and bay leaf to the pot. Pour 1/4 cup water over mixture if needed to moisten mixture, and refill as needed during cooking.
Simmer the soup, put a lid on the saucepan, and cook, stirring regularly, until the potatoes are soft, about an hour.
