*Ingredients :
+Crust
°1 cup pecans, chopped
°3 tablespoons of white sugar
°½ cup butter, melted
°1 cup flour
+Layer of cream cheese
°1 package 8 oz cream cheese
°1 c powder sugar (use ½ cup for less sweetness)
°1 c whip cream
°vanilla pudding
°1 pack instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz/144 g)
°3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)
+Chocolate pudding
°1 package chocolate instant pudding (5.1 oz/144 g)
°3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)
+Last layer
°2 cups whipped cream or fresh whipped cream
°shaved chocolate
*How to do it :
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Spraying 9×13-inch baking dish with cook spray.
In a blender, mix all of the crust ingredients together and press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake it for about 21 min.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions.
Prepare chocolate pudding according to package methods.
In a blender, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and the cup of whipped cream. Blend until light and fluffy.
Let the crust cool. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust. Spreading chocolate pudding on the cream cheese, then vanilla pudding. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
