*Ingredients for 4 persons :

°4 skinless chicken thighs, 150 g each
°1 onion
°2 cloves garlic
°250g mushrooms
°50g bacon cut into matchsticks
°1/2 glass of defatted broth
°3 tablespoons of fresh cream 4% fat
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°salt pepper

*Preparation :

Peel the onion and garlic then wash the mushrooms and slice them.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken thighs.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and bacon then sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken thighs, salt and pepper then pour the broth, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
Then add the cream, stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
