Salisbury Steak Garlic Mashed Potatoes Mushroom & Onion gravy



* Ingredients :

°280g Ground beef
°0.5unit Yellow onion
°110gWhite mushroom
°1unit Garlic clove
°500g Yellow potato
°120ml Green peas
°30ml Demi-glace
°15ml steak spice

* Methods:

1. Cook potatoes
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Put in a saucepan and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to boil & cooking for 12-15 mn to tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk to taste. Salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Setup
Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Put the demi-glace in 1 2P  1.5 3P cups of water.
3. Bake the patties
Mix the ground beef with the steak spices, salt and pepper. Form one patty per person. Heat drizzle of oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
4. Cook the vegetables
Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic to the skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add the demi-glace and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, add the patties to the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Cook the peas
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the green peas for 1-2 minutes. Drain. Mix with butter to taste, salt and pepper.
6. Mount the plate
Serve the patties and sauce with the mashed potatoes and green peas. For some children, mushrooms are not appetizing. It may take several exposures to taste it, but don't give up, they can smell it, handle it and prepare it themselves.
